Summer Veggies - Recipe



Ingredients:

2-3 Zucchini

1 Tomato

2-3 yellow squash

about 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

olive oil

seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and dried basil.


Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Wash and chop a tomato, yellow squash and zucchini. (you will want the squash and zucchini to be wheel-shaped)

Step 2: In a mixing bowl pour 2 TBSP of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and dried basil. IOnce combined, add the prepared veggies into the bowl.

Step 3: Pour mixture onto a baking tray and add 1 layer of parmesan cheese.

Step 4: Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until they reach desired texture.
