I encourage you to take a moment and choose optimism and positivity over perfection. No matter your circumstances, you can find something to be positive about. You can even play a game when the circumstances are hard and not perfect. I’ve found that this little game helps me a lot. I just like to take a step back look for something that’s a good thing happening. Even if it’s small. Did you wake up this morning? Do you have food to eat? Did someone pay for your coffee or lunch? Did your kid nap? Did a stranger smile at you? Little moments in life are the ones that count. What can you stop and be grateful for today? Something that isn’t perfect but is positive?
